All for a fun little trend 😁

Bless my AI for thinking I’m so young! A few greys, some laughter lines and an extra chin or two and it would be much closer but I’m loving the calm, chill vibes. Those are true ☺️

Every review honestly means the world to me 🤍
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
Your reviews support my little business more than you realise.
And if you’ve visited me and feel happy to leave a Google review too, I’d really appreciate it ☺️

Love this ❤️

People look at me some sort of way when I say I get a massage at least once a month — so let’s clear something up.

Massage is healthcare. Period.

It regulates the nervous system.
It lowers stress hormones.
It improves circulation and lymphatic flow.
It reduces chronic tension before it becomes chronic pain.
It supports sleep, digestion, hormones, posture, and mental clarity.

Most of what we’re walking around calling “normal” — tight shoulders, jaw pain, headaches, poor sleep, burnout — is a body that hasn’t been given a chance to release.

Touch is a biological need, not a luxury.
Maintenance is smarter than crisis care.
Prevention is still healthcare.

I don’t wait until my body is screaming to listen.
I don’t believe care has to hurt to count.
And I refuse to treat regulation like an indulgence.

Luxury is excess.
Massage is maintenance.

Treat yourself like someone you love — because that is healthcare.

I do not pay for or carry health insurance the way most people do. Massage is my assurance that my body can heal itself if I take care of her.

Get ahold of your local massage therapist and get ahold of your selfcare.

Massage therapists also take note that what you use on our skin, can multiply the benefits! Especially products like Mystical Mindset Medicinals

Is January ever going to end? 😅
Feeling anxious, low, or lost? Totally normal.

Relaxing your mind can look like a lot of things…

Massage (I'm obviously going to say this but it really helps 😂)
Meditation, colouring, a coffee and 5 minutes to yourself, or dancing like no one’s watching (to the loudest music of your youth!)

Be kind to yourself, find small moments of calm, and if it’s too much, reach out to friends, family, or your GP

If you want to share your favourite way to switch off from stress add it in the comments ☺️

The graphic designer is on leave.
So is the social media manager.

Please imagine a wonderfully witty caption, and maybe book a massage. Or don’t. You do you 🫶

*Whispers* they’re all actually me… but I couldn’t resist this trend 😅

Thank you to The Little Prints Co for my new Big Beauty Babe hoodie, apron, and t-shirt... all beautifully emblazoned with my logo! I absolutely love them and will be wearing them proudly (Even if Facebook thinks my logo’s a bit too cheeky 😅)

It’s taken me a while to get around to it, but the lovely, chunky Big Beauty babe has finally made it onto an actual sign for the front of the house — and I’m so pleased with how she looks!

A small thing, maybe, but it feels like such a lovely little milestone for Big Beauty and Relaxation, having the logo outside. ☺️
