Another fabulous weekend doing what we do best! 🧀💚

Our residents had a fantastic time helping to create a glorious cheese board alongside our wonderful carer, Libby. From carefully arranging all the delicious treats to lending a helping hand to our kitchen team, everyone got involved and had lots of fun 🤩

What a fabulous day we had at Chatsworth House! 🏛️✨

Our residents had a wonderful time exploring the beautiful house, admiring its stunning rooms, fascinating history, and impressive artwork. It was a lovely opportunity to reminisce, chat, and take in such a spectacular place.

We also enjoyed a delicious lunch together, and the staff were so welcoming and attentive throughout the day.

Thank you to everyone who came along and helped make it such a special outing. Fabulous food, fabulous company, and a truly fabulous day creating wonderful memories together. 💚

The flags are out, the excitement is building, and our residents are all ready to cheer England on in tonight’s big match. Here’s hoping for a fantastic game and a place in the final! ⚽❤️🤍

🍓🥤 Yesterday, our residents enjoyed a fun smoothie-making activity! They prepared a selection of fresh fruit, chopped the ingredients and blended them into delicious smoothies.

Everyone loved tasting their creations and choosing their favourite flavour. A refreshing and enjoyable way to spend the afternoon! 🍌🍓

🎾 This morning we had a fabulous time with Millie from Rise.Life Nottinghamshire & Derbyshire, who led us in a fun, tennis-inspired activity session! ☀️

Our residents enjoyed plenty of friendly competition, lots of laughter, and great teamwork as they took part in games using foam noodles and tennis-themed challenges. It was wonderful to see everyone getting involved, staying active, and cheering each other on.

A huge thank you to Millie for such an energetic and enjoyable morning – we can’t wait to welcome you back again soon! 💚

🎨 Creative afternoons with Pottery Bee! 🐝

Our residents had a wonderful time with Briony from Pottery Bee over two lovely afternoons. Everyone enjoyed choosing their own pottery to decorate, getting creative, and adding their own personal touch.

We were so impressed with the finished creations – they all look absolutely brilliant! A huge thank you to Briony for making the sessions so enjoyable and for bringing so much fun, creativity, and laughter to our home. We can’t wait to welcome you back! 💚

Dawn and Joy certainly served up some Wimbledon style in their fabulous outfits, bringing lots of smiles and laughter to everyone! 💚

Our residents had a fantastic time joining in with the Wimbledon-themed fun, getting active, sharing plenty of laughs, and enjoying a wonderful day together. It was an ace day all round! 🎾🍓

Our residents enjoyed a lovely fruit tasting, with a selection of fresh fruit to try. It was the perfect treat for the sunny weather! ☀️

📚 Book Club Today 📚

Today in Book Club, we enjoyed reading about holidays and having a bit of a sweet tooth! The story sparked lots of lovely conversations as residents shared memories of holidays they have enjoyed over the years, from seaside trips to family getaways.

We also reminisced about some classic sweets from years gone by, bringing back plenty of smiles and fond memories. It was wonderful to hear everyone’s stories and see so much laughter around the table.

A lovely afternoon of reading, reminiscing, and great company. ❤️

Wimbledon fun at our home today! 🎾

Inspired by the start of Wimbledon, our residents enjoyed a lively game of Balloon Tennis. There was plenty of laughter, friendly competition, and great team spirit as everyone got involved.

It was wonderful to see residents cheering each other on and having fun together!👟🎾
