This is a friendly reminder.
In the last 6 weeks I have had a total of £585 worth of no shows or last minute cancellations. As well the financial loss I also have the loss of my precious time. I understand life gets in the way, and I know these things happen.
I am asking everyone to double check there appointment cards especially as this is my busiest time, working 12 hour shifts to get everyone in then I am sat here with 3 hour gaps which isn’t fair, especially when I’m
Turning clients away.

All I ask is to be mindful of my time. I have clients waiting for appointments and I am here trying to earn a living.

My cancellation policy is as follows.
Failure to arrive at your appointment or a cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment, there will be a charge of 50% of the appointment cost to rebook in with me. I just cannot afford to lose this income anymore.

Good morning
Unfortunately I will be off for the next 3 days due to being in hospital all weekend after damaging my back. Saturday evening I was in excruciating pain and was left where I couldn’t move. An ambulance was called but due to how busy they were i decided to cancel and see how I was the next day. Sunday morning there was no change and the ambulance was called again. After lots of drugs and gas and air I was able to make it downstairs and whisked off to kings mill where I was admitted. I have been advised to take the next 3 days off work and I am going to be off. Right now I can’t stand up properly. I am sorry for any inconvenience and I’ll be in touch with everyone once I get home hopefully today 😢 xx

I’m slow with the posting lately. Mainly due to being so busy, and in the middle of moving house.. but anyway. Today has been a day of put ups.. and when Allison came in and said make me funky I knew exactly what to do! ♥️♥️♥️
