Want more jawline definition?

Facial Cupping is one of my favourite tools when I want to quickly refresh this area.

The gentle suction helps encourage lymphatic drainage, boost circulation and release tension through the face and neck. If you’re feeling puffy or heavy around the jawline, it can leave the area feeling lighter and more lifted in just a few minutes.

This clip is a short excerpt from my free 3 Minute Fix: Facial Cupping for Jawline & Double Chin on YouTube.

🎥 Watch the full video in comments.

Facial Cupping is all about consistency rather than force. Over time, these small moments of drainage and release can help support a more refreshed, sculpted-looking lower face.

🌈 Happy 7/7 Day 🌈

Seven days of the week, seven colours of the rainbow… and seven sweeps with your Gua Sha.

To celebrate 7/7, I’ve uploaded a brand new Gua Sha routine to YouTube. In this one, each sweep is repeated seven times to help release tension, encourage lymphatic drainage and leave your face feeling refreshed.

It works the whole face, with a little extra attention to the sinuses, lower face and forehead - areas where many of us hold tension or simply need a moment to slow down and reset.

Some people associate the number seven with wisdom, reflection and slowing down to tune inwards. Whether you believe in that or not, I think we could all do with a little more of that.

This is just a snippet. Catch the full Gua Sha routine over on YouTube for free. Link in bio.

LAST CALL.

Tomorrow we’re going deep into all things jaw, neck and double chin.

There isn’t one magic exercise. It’s about understanding how your jaw, tongue, neck, posture and facial muscles all work together. That’s exactly what we’ll cover.

You’ll also receive:
• The full masterclass replay
• A 10-minute follow-along practice video with minimal talking, so you can pop it on and use it as often as you need.

If you’ve been meaning to join us, this is your last chance. See you tomorrow.

My favourite way to wake up ☁️

A few minutes with the cups and I instantly feel more awake.

If you haven’t tried them yet, our facial cups come with a free ritual card and our signature 5-minute cupping routine to help you get started at home.

Or join us at one of our live facial wellness events across Central Scotland.

This weekend we’re going deep into all things jaw, jawline and neck.

We’ll be talking about posture, muscle balance, tension, and the simple exercises that can make a real difference over time.

This little move is one of them. 😅

Trust me… it’s worth looking ugly for.

Come and join us this Sunday for the Jaw + Neck Masterclass. Link in bio.

I used to think face yoga looked ridiculous.

Honestly, I couldn’t understand why anyone would do it.

Then I tried it.

And while it still looks a bit ridiculous, I can’t deny how good my face feels afterwards!

If you’re curious but slightly sceptical, I get it. I was too.

Come and try it for yourself at one of my summer workshops or join me online for the Jawline Masterclass ✨

If you’ve got facial cups, don’t skip the baby one.

This is one of my favourite ways to use it.

I gently glide the cup from the base of the nasolabial fold towards the side of the nose, helping to encourage circulation, release tension and support lymphatic drainage in the area.

An added bonus? It can feel incredibly soothing around the sinuses too, especially if you’re feeling a little congested.

I usually spend around 15 to 30 seconds on each side, moving slowly and always using plenty of oil so the cup glides comfortably across the skin.

This is a move I come back to regularly, around 3 to 4 times a week, because it always feels like an instant refresh.

Do you use the baby cup, or does it stay at the bottom of the pouch?
