TMJ Treatment ✨️

If you suffer with any kind of jaw pain or tension a TMJ Treatment may be what you need. Jaw Tension doesnt just sit within the jaw. It sits in your back, neck, temples, head, hips...in a lot of places.

Treating jaw pain is a combination of stretches, massage and exercises for at home.

It takes time but consistency is key here. I myself suffer with TMJ and I used to be in so much pain. The inter-oral massage is something I found to be extremely helpful (alongside homework) and I decided to bring this to Kent and train myself.

All my clients I have treated with TMJ have seen huge results after 2 or 3 treatments.

My goal for my TMJ treatments isn't to see you regularly forever. That is not realistic. My goal is to see you regularly at the start but with treatments and home exercises your jaw will improve to a point where treatments will be just used to maintain results. Every 6 to 12 weeks (or longer) depending on the client.
