Just an update for all of you who are patiently waiting!

I know it’s been a long time already but this weekend I had to make the decision to completely tear down the salon. I was absolutely heartbroken. 💔

However, with the help of the most amazing people I am able to redo what I had and have it better than ever before!

I’m so so grateful for everyone baring with me and I cannot wait for the sunny days in my garden whilst your colour is taking having a good old chat with a beautiful new salon.

I will keep you all updated ♥️

Looking back over these incredible colours and work I used to produce. Maybe all is not lost 😉

To those I have agreed to do mobile. I haven’t forgotten. I’m just trying to work out dates and likely to be Saturdays as hospital doesn’t happen on these days. I will in touch as soon as I can, just please bare with me ❤️

Hey lovelies,

I can’t believe I’m having to say this but it’s time to hang my scissors up for good in the salon.

Over the last 3 years, I’ve said many of times ‘I’m not doing this anymore, then 2 months later come back’. You’re probably all sitting there thinking, she’ll be back. Unfortunately that won’t be the case.

Health is a crazy thing and until it’s taken away, you don’t realise how much you need it to keep going.

I’m so unreliable because my hospital appointments and health is a constant downward spiral. Pure example, I went to Canterbury hospital today and they said, we need you back Tuesday, we can’t leave it a week. First thing that came to mind, I need to let more people down again and I’m falling days and days behind.

When you run a service that requires appointments you need reliability and consistency and I just can’t give you everything like I want too.

So between me and my family I’ve made the decision that on Saturday the salon will be ripped out and used for future projects 😜. This is to stop me keep going back. My body physically can’t do it consistently anymore.

I will still be running very very minimal mobile appointments for those who don’t mind working around me and my health.

ALL CURRENT APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CANCELLED.

I really hope you can all understand and would love to be able to stay in touch with you all.

Ladies, please please can I remind you all that if you’re feeling poorly or unwell that you reschedule your appointment. I would much rather do you on another day and I’ll get you in ASAP. The smallest bug can trigger a lot now my stoma is back. I really do appreciate it. Spending my days in hospitals are not fun and I’ve now had to cancel more work.

Very Rare Cancellation for colour and cut tomorrow morning. (Must have had patch test)

UPDATE -

If you’ve had your vaccine or tested positive for Covid since your last patch test we do have to do this again.

The risks are so high and with me reacting to everything I am a pure example of why the patch test is so important.

If nothings changed, your fine. However please contact me if you feel you need another patch test.

Good afternoon lovelies,

I hope you’re enjoying this lovely weather today, even if we have some rain on the way.

Just wanted to come on here and let people know I’m still here. I know lots of you feel like you can’t message me or feel like you’re being insensitive but you’re 100% not. The second surgery just through everything into a whirlwind.

I do plan to come back soon but on a very limited basis. Hudson has summer holidays coming real soon and I have no childcare. I also need to make the most of my time with Hudson as he starts school in September and then I can be more flexible.

I will be looking to do some late afternoon/evenings, which to be honest in this hot weather will be much more bearable for both you and me.

If you would like to be on the list please let me know. Priority will go to those who missed out before my surgery but it will also be down to everyone’s availability.

I’m looking forward to catching up with you all too!!

Good evening lovelies,

I just wanted to update you all.

The first surgery went ahead on 19th April but unfortunately had complications and had a second surgery 2 days ago. So unfortunately I need time to recover yet again.

This does mean I won’t be as back as quick as I hoped but I will be back as soon as I physically can.

I won’t be coming back all guns blazing and putting myself in hospital because I owe it to my body to go slow and steady.

Please remember I am only part time for health reasons so I will be returning that way.

Everyone of you that got turned away because my surgery isolation had to start sooner will be at the top of my list and first priority. Then I’ll be booking everyone else in from that.

Going forward I hope this is it and we can be settled and get back to regular appointments. (Dam you Covid and health).

I can wait to catch up with you all. To those of you that have stuck by me even though I’ve cancelled your hair on many occasions due to ill health, I owe you everything. So thank you for sticking by me. ❤️

This was never my plan or option. I have been told today at 1.15pm about my surgeons new plan for surgery and prep so it’s not ideal for anyone. I’ve even uploaded the call I received to prove I’m not trying to pull a fast one.

I promise if I can’t do you and you still want me I will do your hair when I’m better but honestly, I’m as heartbroken as you. I’ve pre ordered stock for every single persons colour.

This has been taken out of my hands completely.
