We’ve recently been made aware that our page has been reported for not following guidelines, and we just want to address this openly.

We’ve been established for many years and have always operated responsibly and within the rules. The content we share is consistent with what we’ve always posted mainly updates, information, and genuine customer reviews.

It does feel very strange that after all these years of being open and posting in the same way, this has only just been reported now.

We take guidelines seriously and always aim to provide a safe, transparent, and professional service to all of our customers. If any concerns have been raised, we are more than happy to review and address them accordingly.
