📣 BUSINESS MOVE UPDATE 📣

I can now officially confirm that the business will be relocating from 1 Newbiggin Road, Ashington to House of Betty, 196 Milburn Road, Ashington.

✨ My final day at the current property will be tomorrow, Saturday 16/05/26
✨ I will begin working from the new venue on Wednesday 27/05/26

All existing appointments booked will go ahead as normal, so no action is needed from clients.

Please note:
📞 The landline number has now been disconnected. My contact number can be obtained via personal message.

📅 Appointments will continue to be booked through Fresha, and normal email reminders should still be sent as usual.

💳 Please note that Fresha payments will no longer be available. Payment options will now be:
• Cash
• BACS transfer

💫 My working days and hours will remain exactly the same, along with the level of quality and service you know and expect.

From 16/05/26 until 26/05/26 I will not be answering messages as I’ll be fully focused on the move… and officially incognito for a little while! 👻

From Wednesday 27th May, Moda Capelli will be relocating to its new home with in House of Betty at;

196 Milburn Road
Ashington
NE63 0HP.

My last working day at 1 Newbiggin Road will be Saturday 16th May, before I begin this exciting new chapter.

All existing appointments will remain exactly as arranged, so there’s no need to worry about any upcoming bookings.

I’m also so pleased to announce that Jade will be joining me at the new location, meaning those of you who visit her can once again enjoy the convenience of us being under the same roof.

Thank you all so much for your patience, understanding, and continued support during what has been an extremely challenging period. I truly appreciate each and every one of you and look forward to welcoming you to the new space very soon.

As of Friday 1st May 2026 I will no longer be accepting card payments via the card terminal.
This is due to closing internet and land line telephone services to ensure a smooth transition during my re-location.
If you’re payment details are stored on Fresha, we should still be able to use this method along with cash and BACS payments (bank details provided in the salon)

I once AGAIN appreciate your patience, cooperation and understanding whilst I am making the adjustments 🤪

At this time, I am no longer accepting new clients.

Due to an already full and carefully managed schedule, I am currently at maximum capacity and unable to take on additional bookings. This decision has not been made lightly, as I truly value the continued interest and support in my services.

Thank you for your understanding and for respecting this boundary while I focus on maintaining the quality and care my existing clients deserve.
