Dear Partners,
We would like to inform you of a recently identified issue affecting some laser marking machines after certain Windows 11 updates.
In some cases, updated Windows 11 security policies may block the USB driver related to the laser control board, causing the machine to not operate properly.
Our engineering team is currently investigating the issue and working on a permanent solution.
Until then, we kindly recommend postponing Windows 11 updates if possible.
For users already experiencing this issue, the following temporary workaround may help:

1. Restart the PC
2. Enter Windows Startup Options (F8 or Advanced Startup)
3. Select:
→ “Disable Driver Signature Enforcement”
4. Reboot and reconnect the laser machine
※ This is only a temporary workaround and may need to be repeated after reboot.
