✨ A Little Update From Our Salon ✨

We’ve always tried to be as understanding and accommodating as possible when it comes to clients making payments after leaving the salon. We know life gets busy, and we’ve always appreciated those who pay promptly.

Unfortunately, over the past few weeks, we are still waiting on 4–5 outstanding payments from clients who had their hair done over two weeks ago. Despite reminders, these payments have still not been received.

As a small business, this simply isn’t something we can continue to absorb. We have families to support, bills to pay, and this salon is our only source of income. Every appointment is time, skill, and products that we’ve already invested into providing the best service possible.

For this reason, all appointments must now be paid for before leaving the salon. This policy will apply to everyone, without exception.

We hope you understand that this decision hasn’t been made lightly—it’s simply what we need to do to protect our business and continue doing what we love.

Thank you to every single client who supports us, recommends us, and pays on time. Your loyalty means more than you’ll ever know. We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. 🤍✨
