Hi Everyone!

I'm thinking of starting a little social walking group, meeting up once a month initially to have a little walk and possibly a coffee or bev after for those who fancy.

First one - Sunday 13th April, 3pm, Newbiggin meet.

I guess this post probably won't reach a great deal of people so if you could tag any other people/clients that you think would fancy it please feel free.

My 2025 diary is NOW OPEN for bookings online.

HM Health & Well-being is closed today due to me taking part in the Northumberland Mighty Hike in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.

Setting of at 9.30am this morning I will be walking 26.3 miles from Alnwick to Bamburg along the stunning Northumbrian Coast.

I've had a few glitches with the booking system which has resulted in some issues with appointments so I'd just like to ensure we're running as smoothly as possible for you all!

Couple of quick updates:

1) Online booking and booking via message (WhatsApp) are available; if I haven't gotten back to you the same day on a message request just give me a little nudge

2) Incase anyone has missed it, my clinic now runs from Central Arcade (The Old Coop Building) in Ashington. It's the old building two doors up from where I used to be. Beauty at Your Finger Tips is on the ground floor, if you're looking directly at their entrance you'll see two cream doors to the right, come in there and up to the first floor, following the boxing and karate signs. Keep going, it's a huge building. If the lights aren't on in the hall, they'll come on when you walk in as they're on sensor. Grab a seat on the red sofa and I'll be with you as soon as I can be.

3) Not so much of an update but just as important; a huge thank you to all of my clients over the last few weeks for your understanding, support, and just general lushness. Yiu have no idea what it means to me, and I am incredibly grateful for you all. Many of you have become good friends over weeks, months, and years, which brings me to my last point...

4) For anyone coming to see me, my clinic isn't just a place to come and get your physical aches and pains fixed. It's a safe place to vent, moan, swear, whinge, whatever, without judgement and hopefully with a lot of compassion. It isn't just the massage that makes you feel better. It's an holistic therapy.
