Hi, thank you for everyone's lovely messages and so many phone calls from everyone checking in on me it really means the world that so many of you actually care 🥰

2 weeks since my amputation, wow its been a roller coaster to say the least. It still is a roller coaster. Im irritated staying at home but if I go out im anxious. Im paranoid that the infection hasn't gone and it stops me sleeping. Up at silly o'clock with my mind doing overtime. I also need tissues at the ready.

But having said all that i wont let it win and i will be back to normal one day even though I need a wheelchair atm as I cant weight bare. And I will be returning to work on Friday 28th August. So only 1 more week to wait to see all my amazing clients who have been the absolute best through all this.

Its really true what we say in the industry. "Clients will become friends before friends become clients".

Im still in hospital I will be home tomorrow. By the time all the results came back we had missed the pharmacy for the meds so im staying till tomorrow.

I will see how I start to recover but I may need to change some appointments again as the doctor said at least 3-4 weeks before I work. And 24th like I planned is only 2 weeks i will keep you updated

I'm coming hone tomorrow 🤪

UPDATE ON MY OPPERATION!!!

Firstly this was my wake up view from Costa Del Preston

I went down at 10.30pm and they managed to only take the little toe and part of the side of my foot.

Hopefully all the infection has gone now and even more so I hope I heal ok as most of you know healing is not my biggest talent. But im crossing all my fingers and my 9 toes 🤣 that i wont need any further opporations.

I aim to be back to work by 24th August just doing nails untill I know more but its all going to be trial and error what I can do so please bare with me

Surgery is this afternoon best case scenario it will only be a toe but they cant say for definite untill Surgery has started

Hi Everyone, its not a great post this one dispite it being my anniversary and I should be in tenerife right now...

Unfortunately I was admitted to hospital on tuesday with my foot ulcer again, still waiting for sepsis results.

I have been told today that due to the NHS mess up yet again that i am being moved from chorley hospital to preston for my toe amputated 😭

So unfortunately some clients appointments will be affected. I will contact everyone individually.

I am being transferred today but I dont know when the surgery is yet but will be out of action for a little while and when I return treatments will be limited.
