I think it has a lot of meaning especially when you are diagnosed and undergoing treatment. It’s certainly a phrase I will remind myself of.

Good luck🍀to the Ski Siren's from , who are taking on the Ski Erg 100k challenge on Sunday in aid of the Hospice. 💪 The team of 10 ladies are aiming to set a new world record for a team in the 40-49 age category. 🏆

The Hospice is dear to their hearts and their leader, Annie Atkins has faced her own battle with cancer, having survived stage four bowel cancer two years ago, training hard throughout chemo to take last year’s rowing World Record, and win the Driathlon in her age category. She knows how to put the CAN into Cancer!

Last training session with my girls before our World Record 100k ski erg challenge next Sunday. It will be 12-months since we last set two new world records on the rower.

We are raising money for Ayrshire Hospice so that families of patients can enjoy a fish supper with their loved ones on the terrace at the hospice.
