Tonight I will be striding it out with one of my besties Claire in memory of her dad as part of the shining star walk for the Ayrshire Hospice.
This charity helps so many families in some of their darkest days and really provides such great support.

Now....I haven't posted in a while but I have had so many people ask me recently if I still take my aloe. The answer is YES because when I don't this is what happens 😔. I had a bit of a gluten episode this week and the first thing I went to when I got home was my aloe- to help replenish and soothe my gut. It's magic 🧘‍♀️.

So I am re-naming May - MAYHEM 🤹‍♀️. What is going on? Life is so busy, I can't keep track. My mum even asked me the other day if I was still on the aloe as she hadn't seen any boxes 🤣. Still on it 👌just chasing my tail. I did run out of juice a few weeks ago and ended up on the couch with a hot water bottle and a sore tummy. Not letting that happen again so putting an order in tomorrow night so if anyone needs anything or fancies trying something new drop me a msg.
