THREE BEDROOM PRESTIGE (NEWER MODEL) CARAVAN SITUATED WITHIN A 4 MINUTE WALK OF ALL AMENITIES It has double glazing and central heating.
The caravan is an 8 berth, but I personally think it's more comfortable with 6. The master bedroom has a TV/DVD player, hairdryer and straighteners. The twin rooms both have TVs and DVD players too. One room has another hair dryer and straighteners. There are 2 xbox 360s of my son's. I only put them in the twin rooms on request. I feel the kids should be out enjoying all facilities the parks has t
o offer. The kitchen has all the utensils needed for you, a kettle, toaster, sandwich maker etc. There is an iron with a table top ironing board and clothes horse. The dining table is adjacent to the kitchen where you can all sit and eat in comfort, or you can sit outside and enjoy your meal at the table with parasol. The living room has a TV and DVD player and there are 100s of DVDs you can watch, suitable for all ages at your own convenience. There's a WC with wash hand basin and a separate shower room, also with a wash hand basin. There is a hoover, bucket and mop. Please use these if needed and empty any rubbish. On your arrival I will meet you. We will go through the inventory and each room t check that everything is clean, tidy and in working order. The beds will all be made up. All we ask is that you would strip them for us and leave on top of the bed on your departure. I will be there on your departure and if as will be agreed on your contract* that everything is just as you found it, you will get your deposit returned, usually within 24 hours. An agreement will be sent out to you when you book your holiday. Please read it very carefully before you sign, and any questions you can ask me. Unfortunately due to a past experience we must have identification of the main guest, and we have the right to cancel your holiday without any reimbursement if there is false information at all on the form, regarding false names, and any person not admitted on the booking form. Please note that we DO NOT have fun passes. These are bought from Haven. You can buy them on-line or at the reception on your arrival. I'm sorry but this is a family caravan and we don't accept animals as we're allergic, and there is NO SMOKING inside the van at all. I'm sure that you'll find this caravan an ideal location and comfortable with all your essential needs.
