Well it's back to Slimming World for me again! Sitting on my bum for 3 months after a shoulder injury has not helped my weight at all, so last week I bit the bullet and signed up to SW again. First weigh in tonight - 3.5lbs off. Not too shabby 🙂

Today's food - banana slimfast for breakfast, a prawn cocktail and lettuce soft pitta for lunch, and shepherds pie with tons of broccoli for dinner. And a 3 mile walk along the beach this morning.

Busy day today. AND I walked around Asda pushing a heavy trolley full of vegetables. That's got to count as Body Magic! 🤣

Breakfast at SW was a skyr yoghurt pouch and some fruit. Lunch was 2 chicken drumsticks that I forgot to photograph, but they weren't particularly exciting anyway 🤣 And dinner was with a cheesey jacket potato and salad.

Two walks today - one this morning after dropping Jamie off at school, and one this afternoon. It wasn't raining so I took the dog and walked up to the school to pick him back up. Back to Slimming World tomorrow to see what the damage is 🤣

Today's meals - banana slimfast for breakfast, homemade chicken soup for lunch, and SW Chicken Katsu Curry for dinner. Delicious and healthy!
