Last week we got a call from our local Rev Nick Cooper Ballygowan Presbyterian regarding the food bank. The church has very kindly given their harvest collection to the local food bank and will be continuing to support & offers of help when organising 🍲❤️

Michelle Doherty at VIVO Ballygowan is helping along by having a basket at the till for donations!🥣🥘🍼🍵

Ballygowan garage Louise Jackson also has offered to help by putting out a basket/trolley for collection's🍫🌯🍯🥤

When we come together as a community amazing things happen ❤️

Let's do this! 💪 Let's help our local community with the raising costs of food shopping this Christmas 🍲🎄OUR PLAN! from today we will be putting out a box to collect non-perishable food, hygiene products, baby supplies & household cleaning products. With the HELP of Colin Scott & Ballygowan orange hall kindly giving us storage/sorting we will hopefully have enough to provide a little help to our local community. Before Christmas another post will go up with a list of our collection with a mobile number, NO name will be required just a list of the things that would help you! Give us your address and it will be dropped off at your doorstep, we will not knock! We plan to cover Ballygowan & Moneyreah area. Let's make a difference to our local community! This is one off the reason's why I love my job!
5 years ago I had little boys on my chair trimming them up for starting there first day at saintfield high school, This week them same little boys that are now about 2ft taller than me 😂 kept me busy trimming them up for there year 12 formal!
