as you all know i’ve been well and truly back off maternity (did i take one)??? for a while now and the year has just flown by

how lucky am i?

keeping me busy and needing a lot of aesthetic treatments required more than ever to mask the sleep deprivation 😂😂

found this picture (below) from 2019 and compared to what it is like at rest 2023.
I was only 24 (v young i know) but i didn’t want them getting any deeper. Maintaining it means the static lines (there at rest) have gradually smoothed out and overall my skin texture is so much more glowy!!!
Just like in dentistry - prevention is better than cure 🤪

this is something you work at a few months before - not a quick fix

For me,
- 3-4 monthly anti wrinkle treatments
- Belotero revive skin boosters - i had 3 sessions with 4 weeks in between
- 4 weekly Epionce renewal lite peels in conjunction with epionce skincare regime used daily including cleanser, lytic tx and moisturiser as well as daily spf

thankfully it all worked out - biggest fear was spots on the wedding morning 😂

- spray tan and nail queen- glenariffe goes into melt down when she can’t do it but she goes above and beyond as always

- i never wanted lashes, never wanted maintenance but totally hooked from the get go and will travel from Dublin if she thinks you might need an infill on your wedding eve 😜

not just unbelievably talented ladies but good friends- i am so lucky to have them all on my doorstep xx
