Booking & Lash Appointment Policy**

To ensure every client receives the best quality lash treatment, appointments are booked with a standard time allowance based on average lash application times.

**Price List**

Natural Full Set – £45
Volume Full Set – £45
Infills (within 3 weeks) – £35
Lash Removal – £20

**Infills**

Infills are priced for appointments booked within **3 weeks of your last appointment**.
If more than 3 weeks has passed, a **full set may be required** depending on the amount of lash retention.

**Extended Time Appointments**

Every client’s natural lashes are different. Some sets may require additional time due to factors such as:

• Lash density
• Lash growth patterns
• Lash thickness
• Lash direction
• Isolation complexity

Where significantly more time or product is required, an **extended appointment fee may apply**.

This ensures each client receives the time and attention needed to achieve the best possible results without rushing the treatment.

When making an appointment, a non-refundable deposit of £20 will be required to secure your booking and will be used towards the final cost of treatment.

If you need to reschedule or change your appointment this can be done up to 48 hours before your appointment time failure to give 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

Why do i take deposit?

This helps safeguard your time and my time, to cover the cost of any products used , preparation and set up, and mainly to reduce the impact of no-shows. Deposits however can be moved to another date if rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
