Alongside my qualifications in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Brazilian Sculpting, I also hold a specialised post operative qualification as well Oncology Massage.

This is a more advanced and focused area of training that specifically covers care and support for clients recovering after surgery. Post operative lymphatic work is very different, as it requires a deeper understanding of the healing process, surgical trauma, swelling patterns, and safe treatment protocols during recovery.

In addition to this, I also work with scar release for fully healed scars, helping to improve tissue mobility, comfort, and the appearance and flexibility of scar tissue once healing is complete. This would be ideal for the likes of a c section scar.

It’s important to recognise that post-operative care and scar work should always be carried out by someone with the correct specialist training (it's not just MLD), as the approach needs to be tailored, cautious, and supportive of the body’s healing stages.

My goal is always to support safe recovery, reduce swelling, improve tissue health, and help clients feel more comfortable and confident after their procedures.
