As we are aware things can come up that is out of your control and we fully understand that! But this is our job and how we get paid. We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling appointments and if failed to do so we do require 100% of your appointment fee! If cancellation or no show fee isn’t payed further appointment will be cancelled with all staff members and unable to book another appointment until it’s payed. some of our girls will be taking deposits during this busy time that are nonrefundable!

So I’ve been keeping a little secret from you all… I AM MOVING 🥳

Firstly, I’d like to thank Aimee and all the girls in The velvet lounge for the support over almost the last year. I am moving to The Aesthetic Room on Greenvale Street, Ballymena.

All appointments already booked still stand and I will be in touch with everyone to make sure they are confident they know where they are going. All treatment offers will also still stand.

But, EM Therapies is moving on to a new chapter and I am so excited ✨ In the meantime, you’ll find me in my new room, probably covered in paint and crying 😂

I can’t wait to see what the next chapter brings 🤍
