I have encountered this a few times and it's always off the back of a lumbar sciatica problem. The peroneal nerve is a branch of the sciatic nerve and needs an individual delicate treatment to remedy.

The big one 👀 Sciatica is the condition I treat most often with Electro Acupuncture and it's also the condition I have most success with. Mostly because it's very common and can have many origins.

This one is a bit of a nightmare 😖 I have only encountered it a couple of times and my success rate is honestly not great. Despite it's low likelihood it's still important to be aware 👌

Nerves passing through the brachial plexus become compressed and irritated, often causing pain or a numb/tingling sensation down the arm.
This can be tricky to deal with but not impossible. Pec minor is normally the source of the issue. Regular stretching can keep it at bay once treatment has been applied.
