We kindly ask all customers to be mindful when booking appointments.

Recently, we've seen an increase in appointments that are not attended, cancelled at short notice, or multiple appointments being booked on different dates and not cancelled when no longer needed.

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes unexpected circumstances arise. To help us continue providing the best possible service to all customers, we do have a cancellation and no-show policy in place. If you can no longer attend your appointment, we would greatly appreciate as much notice as possible so we can offer the time slot to someone else. Please note that late cancellations and missed appointments may incur a fee and repeated no-shows may require advance payment when booking future appointments.

When appointments are missed or cancelled with little notice, it can make it difficult for us to offer those slots to other customers who may be waiting for an appointment.

If you no longer need your booking, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make that time available to someone else.

We would also be grateful if any customers with outstanding no-show fees could arrange payment at their earliest convenience.
