I just wanted to send a polite reminder following a few uncomfortable messages I’ve received this week.
Please remember that I am a person, and I would really appreciate all communication being kind and respectful.
I’d also like to gently clarify that I am self-employed, so my working hours are set by me. This is an important part of why I chose to run my own business, and I appreciate your understanding around this.

To continue delivering the highest quality service (and to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes), I’m making a few important updates to how I manage bookings:
📅 Booking in Advance
My diary is consistently busy, and I am typically booked 10–12 weeks ahead. If you have specific dates in mind, I strongly recommend booking early to secure a time that suits you. Without booking in advance, it’s unlikely I’ll be able to offer a suitable appointment unless a cancellation becomes available.
🕕 Updated Working Hours
My working day will now finish at 6pm. This change allows for better balance with family commitments and ensures the business is fully reset and ready to give you the best experience each day.
💳 Payments
I kindly ask that all payments are made promptly on the day of your appointment. This helps keep everything running smoothly and is greatly appreciated.
I’m incredibly grateful for your continued support and loyalty – it truly means a lot. These changes help me maintain the standard of service you deserve every time you visit 💛

🐾 DESPERATE APPEAL FOR BILLY - PLEASE SHARE 🐾
Billy was hours away from being left behind. At risk of abandonment in a cold, empty property with no food, no water and no way out 😢 He would have starved to death and we couldn’t let that happen.
Billy is a 6 year old Jackapoo now in the care of One Wish. It’s heart-breakingly clear that he’s been through trauma. He’s frightened, unsure, and sometimes reacts out of fear.
As a tiny, brand new rescue, our resources are extremely limited. But we knew we had no choice. The alternative was unthinkable.
After a few difficult incidents in foster care during his first week, we’ve fortunately managed to get him into emergency boarding kennels where he is safe, warm and well cared for. But kennels are only a short-term solution and they come at a significant cost.
Here’s where we need your help…
💕 We are desperately searching for a foster home where Billy can begin to heal. Billy needs someone truly special: a calm, compassionate, and patient person, in a pet-free and child-free home, ideally in the Oxfordshire area. This is more than just fostering. It’s giving a vulnerable soul the chance to trust again and to be cared for the way he deserves.
