It might only take a few minutes, but it's all part of making sure every client walks into a welcoming, professional space.

📍 Mobility Monday: The Fragon Stretch 🐉
If your hips feel tight after sitting all day or you struggle to hit depth in your squats, give this one a try.
The Fragon Stretch is one of my favourites because it opens up the front of the hips while also stretching the quad, helping you move a little more freely.
💪 Great for:
• Tight hip flexors
• Tight quads
• Desk-based workers
• Runners
• Gym-goers and Hybrid athletes
Hold for 30-60 seconds each side, keeping the stretch comfortable rather than forcing it.
