Using dermal filler we treated the nasolabial lines and piriform fossa. Lip filler for added hydration and definition 💋

My client wanted a subtle refresh to her mid face region, so we placed 0.5ml on each side to the nasolabial folds and piriform fossa to gently soften those lines and restore the loss of volume and support.

Usually I would take the approach of adding cheek filler first to support overall volume loss and soften these lines indirectly, but in my client’s case we proceeded with treating the piriform fossa and nasolabial folds directly as she had already had cheek filler a month prior.

A small amount was placed carefully to refine the area and improve balance without overfilling.

The result is natural and balanced just a fresher, more rested version of her ✨
