Combination brows are a journey, not a one-day result. The photo you shared perfectly illustrates why patience is key.

What you’re seeing in the photo

From top to bottom, this image shows different stages of the combination brow process:
1. Before – Natural brows with sparse areas and uneven shape.
2. Immediately after – Brows look darker, bolder, and more defined. This is normal and expected.
3. Healed (pre-touch-up) – Color has softened and faded as the skin heals.
4. After touch-up / final healed result – Balanced, natural-looking brows with restored depth and shape.

What is a Combination Brow?

Combination brows blend:
• Microblading strokes at the front for a soft, hair-like look
• Shading (machine work) through the arch and tail for definition and longevity

This technique is ideal for clients who want natural brows with structure or have sparse areas that need extra density.

The Healing Process (What to Expect)

Days 1–3:
• Brows appear very dark and bold
• Mild redness or swelling may occur

Days 4–7:
• Flaking or scabbing begins
• Brows may look patchy or uneven

• This is called the ghosting phase

Weeks 4–6:
