Unfortunately we have had to make a decision and introduce a cancellation policy, we have had multiple cancellations at too short notice which leaves us unable to fill those gaps. Other clients are also missing out on appointments when they could have had the spot that was cancelled at short notice. Every other salon does this so there is no reason why we shouldn’t. We have always been very lenient and understanding but it has now come to this. We will post the new policy over the weekend.

There will also be a price increase from the 1st of April, again other salons do this on a regular basis, this is only the 3rd time in 7yrs we have had an increase. We hope you understand.
