Full body MOT
A full body MOT starts with a head to toe posture analysis - identifying any problematic areas of muscle imbalance.

This is followed by a full body massage targeting all muscle groups anterior and posterior, this makes sure any muscle tightness is alleviated - tight muscles can cause pull, stress, pelvic tilts all leading to bad posture.

You can then be advised on anything you can do to help yourself.

It’s also an excellent way to de stress!
