NO SHOW/LATE CANCELLATION POLICY

By making a booking with me you are agreeing to these policies.

Due to no shows and late cancellations recently I just want to iterate my policy on this.

I have been very lenient with this previously but unfortunately I am in a position now where I do need to enforce these policies.

No shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge, as it unlikely your appointment will be filled in this time frame.

Further bookings will not be taken if this is unpaid.

I hope you all understand as this is my business and as my regular clients will be aware not my only job, if you don’t show up to your appointment I still have to pay my rent and this could have been a day I had off as I work 6 days a week.
