✨Important Booking Policy Update ✨

To ensure appointments are secured and to help manage my diary fairly, all appointments booked from now on will require a deposit at the time of booking.

Your deposit will secure your chosen date and time and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

Please note the following booking terms:
All deposits are non-refundable.

One appointment reschedule is permitted, provided at least 48 hours' notice is given.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be retained.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to attend your appointment, the full treatment cost will be payable.

These policies are in place to protect the time set aside specifically for your appointment and to allow me to continue providing the best possible service to all my clients.
