After doing my own healing journey, and having help on the way, I now get pleasure with helping others with theirs.

Hi everyone, I am joining with Jodie, the owner of Sage and Shadows. A reiki Master and holistic health therapist to run some holistic health and well-being workshops.

We will be running the healing reiki workshop in 2 sessions which will last for 2 hours per session.

The price is £100 but you have the option of just attending 1 session for £50.

Session 1- we will explore energy healing, energy transfers, reiki and you will be attuned to reiki level 1.

Session 2- we will explore shadow work and mindfulness and also have a catch up on how your reiki journey is progressing and practice reiki on each other.

There is then the option of being attuned to reiki level 2 so you can use energy healing on others.

Please let us know if you would prefer evening or daytime sessions, these will be on a Wednesday, date to be confirmed.
