• This fee will be deducted from your final treatment cost

• More than 48 hours’ notice:
→ Your booking fee is refundable or transferable

• Less than 48 hours’ notice:
→ Your booking fee is non-refundable and deemed spent to cover losses

• No booking fee required when using a voucher
• If cancelled within 48 hours:
→ 50% of the voucher value will be deducted
