We met through Paul Mort, at a time when we were both working on ourselves in different ways… and it’s funny how life brings the right people together when you’re ready for your next level 💫

Cathrine has been a nutrition coach and chef 🧑‍🍳 for years …working behind the scenes in real kitchens, alongside fitness coaches, helping women understand food, nourish their bodies and create a healthy, sustainable lifestyle.

She’s seen first-hand how much confidence begins with what we put inside ourselves.
She’s the nurture, support and fuel of The Glow Up Academy. 🌿

And then there’s me Sophia Batty.
Through my salon Don’t Sweat it by Sophia Batty,I help women feel empowered, beautiful and confident on the outside… through hair, makeup and transformations that bring back that “I actually love how I look” feeling.

I’m the glam, energy and expression side of The Glow Up Academy. ✨

And one day it just clicked…

Why are women choosing either inner work or outer confidence…
when the real magic happens when you have both?

So we teamed up. 🔥
And that’s how The Glow Up Academy was born.
