Communication is key 🔑 but do you know how to effectively?!

Top tips for communicating..

1) If you can’t explain what you want then tell us your problem areas ⚠️

2) Bring photos along of your hair previously 👌🏼

3) Manage your expectations - inspiration photos may have different hair types to yours for eg ; curly vs wavy

4) Be patient, sometimes it can take a few cuts to really understand your hair and we may forget so talk to us - we see lots of clients over a period of time 🕰️

5) Have a thorough consultation before your appointment so we have time to chat your needs.

Common mistakes whilst trying to embrace their natural hair. Wavy & Curly 🌊🌀〰️➰

1) Your hair is too heavy. Specialist layering will take out unwanted weight in the right places to make sure your hair is light and bouncy and patterns are able to form.

2) Not enough products

3) Using heavy moisturising that will weigh down your pattern.

4) Your overall length is too long (talking from my own experience)

5) Not scrunching enough to begin with
