As we dive into this busy festive season, I just wanted to take a moment to remind everyone of a few important things to help keep things running smoothly:

⏰ Please Be On Time!
I want to make sure you get the best service possible, and being on time helps keep the day flowing for everyone. If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible!

🚨 Cancellation Policy
I understand things come up, but I do ask that cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance. Any last-minute cancellations will unfortunately be charged for the appointment. I have a waiting list of 10 clients eager to get in, and I want to ensure everyone has the opportunity to get their hair done in time for Christmas.
