Just a quick one, yet again as it’s the last Sunday of the month there is a car boot held in the car park outside the salon.
Unfortunately this month, we have kindly been blessed with a food truck and its generator bang outside my salon door 🙄😩
I have a few new clients today, I am still open however the door will be kept closed due to the noise and smell.
Apparently the situation cannot be resolved today after talking to the organisers My Hoyland, which is just fabulous

I love how many of you are interested in what a Korean lash lift is, so let’s break it down.
A Korean lash lift has not only a different system but technique also. This method uses a cysteamine system which is much more gentle on the lashes and actually nourishes the hairs due to the protein enriched products and keratin ingredients.
The first solution which breaks down the disulphide bonds is applied to the whole lash from root to tip which is different to the original lash lift method where it is just applied to the roots.
This means we are changing to chemical structure of the whole lash which often means better lift, especially for those with downward facing or straight lashes.
After this step the lashes are then put onto the lash shield however due to their more flexible and manageable chemical state, the need for glue is now not needed. Glue can create a barrier causing an uneven lift. With a Korean lash lift a nourishing or gentle balm can be used to hold the lashes onto the shield instead.
In conclusion, it’s a better lift, more consistent results and healthier for your lashes.
