Hi guys this is something I didn’t want to do but unfortunately due to the amount of no shows and last minute cancellations I’ve recently had I now need to put in place a 48 hour cancellation policy.

As you may know I now only work 1 day a week doing nails and beauty and unfortunately the amount of no shows and late cancellations has risen a lot this means I can’t fill these appointments & has left me down.

There will now be a fee for late cancellations/no shows
I hope you can all understand my situation xx
