As many of you know my diary is extremely busy and I currently have a large cancellation list of clients waiting for appointments as soon as possible.

If you know in advance that you’re unable to attend your appointment please let me know as early as possible. Any cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice will unfortunately be charged at the full appointment price.

I don’t like having to enforce this policy but late cancellations make it very difficult to fill appointment slots at short notice.

Just a reminder to please book your appointments through to the end of the year. My availability is currently full until mid-July, and remaining appointments after that are filling up quickly. Please try not to leave your booking until the last minute, as I may not be able to fit you in.

From next year, my working hours will also be changing. I will no longer be working bank holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays, and I will be finishing at 6pm sharp each day. (Tried that this year but didn’t work out too well) 🤣

Hi everyone,

While reviewing my appointment book I noticed that many of you are currently only booked in until June or July.
As my diary is already extremely busy for the remainder of the year I kindly ask that you book your upcoming appointments as soon as possible.
Many of you prefer to keep your regular monthly appointments on the same day and at the same time so please don’t leave it until the last minute to schedule them.
Unfortunately I’m not able to keep track of who has or hasn’t booked in it’s simply not manageable with how busy things are.
At the moment my next available appointments are at the beginning of July so to avoid disappointment please arrange your future bookings this week if you haven’t already done so.
I’m currently working Saturdays, bank holidays, and extended hours to accommodate everyone and I’m getting very tired so I would really appreciate your understanding and cooperation in booking ahead.
