To my valued returning clients and friends,

I would like to share that I will not be accepting any hair requests until further notice. Please do not ask me to do it just this one time or in need.

At this time, the work has become more time-consuming than I am able to commit to, and I no longer feel I can offer the service to the standard I expect or genuinely enjoy. This is difficult to find the time and energy to do with also working a full time job leaving me no time to myself.

As all close to me know, last year I worked 3 jobs all at once and never had time to myself, I don’t want that this year.

When announced I was stepping back from hair and leaving the salon and only taking requests from returning clients, I still had dozens of messages requesting appointments from non clients.

Over the Christmas period when I’ve announced to everyone I am not here over the Christmas and New Year and I wouldn’t be doing returning clients or friends as I am away I still had messages requesting appointments.

I will now be doing No hair whatsoever returning clients, friends or anyone. I simply just don’t have the time after accepting more hours in my full time job and hope all can respect this.

As we enter the new year, I am choosing to step back and prioritise my time and wellbeing. Thank you sincerely for your understanding and continued support.

all my appointments for my regular clients will now be mobile. this was a hard decision but I have decided it would be best for me at this moment in time to leave the salon due to not having the time to welcome new clients.I’d like to thank Hollie for giving me the opportunity and starting off peonies at her salon ! and I’d like to thank all the amazing team at Hollz dollz for having me and I hope to return in future!

I will still be offering hair on a mobile basis for returning clients but I will not be accepting new.

There’s new things coming to peonies besides hair and I need the time to train for this.

🧼 WE’RE CLEANING IT UP 🧼

Client has over processed, damaged, uneven yellow hair. We have cleaned it up using cooler tones using cool ash brown tones and icy white blondes.

We have used bleach with 3% at the root only as the clients hair was damaged, over processed on the ends, we’ve put through some cool brown ashy tones, finished off with an icy artic toner ❄️ and a trim to fresh the ends up.✂️

Super clean and minimal damage.

If you haven’t spoke to me via page, phone number or in person to book an appointment then you do not have an appointment.

If I have offered you dates and times and you have told me you’ll get back to me and I don’t text you back saying that’s booked in, you don’t have an appointment.

If you have asked one of the girls in salon for a date and time for your hair doing and they said they’ll pass your number on to me, you don’t have an appointment.

To have an appointment you have to actually have spoken to me via page, number or in person, you will also receive a confirmation text message once booked and a reminder message no less than 24 hour before your appointment.

Turning up to salon and saying you have an appointment when you haven’t spoken to me will not then give you an appointment.
