Ok guys I’m wanting your opinion..

Since I’ve gone back to my paper diary a lot of people are forgetting their appointments and not showing up ( on average about Β£50 a week)

Would you all rather I go back the Fresha for the practicality of online booking, txt message reminders but this of course will mean a increase in treatment cost to Swollow up the inflation Fresha wants

Or

Are you all going to start getting your s**t together and writing your appointments down? Or when I offer you an appointment card take it. You will not get a reminder off me.

(And before you anyone says β€œwhy don’t you use a free one, feel free to find me a reliable one that actually works and set it up for me)
