We wanted to thank everyone who has made the transition from Bank Transfer over to Cash. It has genuinely helped with work load at the clinic and we appreciate you all so much.

As you know, last year we removed the option of paying via Card due to the increasing costs of keeping the card reader in Clinic. As the fee's were increasing rapidly, the costs unfortunately were being pushed onto our clients, so we opted to remove the card reader to ensure our costs remained as low as reasonably possible.

We want to remind our loyal clients that we are a CASH based clinic, accepting the occasional bank transfer. Due to the increasing late payments via Bank Transfer, we are requesting that clients pay via CASH where possible.

We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

We wanted to remind all our wonderful clients of our Cancellation and Late Policy.

Unfortunately we have recently seen a small increase in clients being late or not showing up at all. We appreciate that somethings cannot be expected such as road works, and we want to ensure you that we will do our best in the time remaining to provide you with what you want. Our policies are in place to safeguard our time, and ensure we can provide as many clients with their desired time slots as reasonably possible.

Should you arrive late to your appointment we will endeavor to perform your booked treatment in the remaining time. In the event the requested treatment can not be completed in the remaining time, we may have to reduce the treatment (for example no nail art on nails) or reschedule the treatment. You, the client, will be charged in full for the originally booked treatment, even in the event the full treatment cannot be completed.

We request a minimum of 48 hours notice should you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment. Anything less than 48 hours notice will result in your deposit being retained to cover costs.
