Iโm very excited to announce that I am starting a new yoga class for men in Ermington Hub on Tuesday 23rd April
This class is aimed at men who may not have considered or tried yoga before but would like to work on their flexibility, mobility and core strength.
Perhaps you want to continue playing your favourite sport without injury or pain? Yoga can enhance fitness, balance, flexibility, muscular strength and agility. And itโs good for your mental health ๐
No special equipment or clothing is required. I have a few spare mats and props and all you need is loose clothes like shorts or joggers.

Spring is here!!- although you wouldnโt know it to look out our window ๐ฌ. Itโs also Shrove Tuesday - yummy pancake day ๐๐ฅฐ.
Our thoughts should be turning to the days ahead and all the excitement of spring time when everything is bursting into life around us.
But the worrying news of the past few days is casting a big cloud over us and it probably doesnโt seem right to be planning self serving breaks when people are fighting for their lives and freedom for their country and when everything seems so uncertain?
However we believe that itโs precisely this time that we need to replenish our inner resources - to be able to face the uncertainty ahead, fully recharged.
Holwell Holistic Retreat Centre offers the perfect place to restore your strength. Itโs tranquil setting and nourishing home cooked food is the perfect antidote to life at the moment.
Anything else on offer (yoga, meditation, forest bathing etc), is just the icing on the cake.
