Things are steadily picking up at the new Regenerate Sports Therapy and Holistic Massage clinic in South Molton and I'm enjoying meeting new clients each week. I'm there Monday afternoons and Tuesdays plus some evenings on request so do get in touch.
Other treatments at the clinic include reiki, Bowen and sports therapy.
Meanwhile I also continue with my mobile massage therapy and in my own clinic room.

EXCITING NEWS!
From 12th May I will be joining Ruth at her new premises of Regenerate Sports Therapy in South Molton, next to Bar 27 on Broad Street. I will be doing Monday afternoons and Tuesdays. Meanwhile, I will continue with my normal massage outside those times. I look forward to welcoming you to the new digs!!

I'm pretty happy to have helped a couple of new clients this month; very satisfied customers after I sorted them out in preparation for some lengthy running events. It demonstrates the power of sports massage when athletes who have previously suffered with substantial pain and ongoing niggles are able to compete over long distances without those problems.
If you think you have joint problems, it is always worth considering whether they might in fact be caused by tight muscles. Massage is powerful!

Well, this month marks 8 years since I started my sports massage qualification and I've been beating lumpy muscles into submission and fixing injuries ever since! Many thanks to my regular customers, of course. It's also been great to welcome new ones. I look forward to seeing you soon.
