One tiny thing I’ve noticed about the booking system that I can see that appointment times are showing up as quite obscure such as 13:40 or 14:10, so I already apologise for that! And please bear with me while I try to figure out how to change that and make them more like 14:00 or 14:30! Because at the moment I’ve got no idea!! 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

So I have finally set up my new online booking system through Ovatu so from today when booking directly online please click on the ‘Book Now’ tab and that will take you directly to Ovatu where you can make an appointment.

All previously booked appointments have transferred across so please don’t worry about booking in again.

Any appointments from now that I book in myself you will receive an email and/or SMS with your appointment from Ovatu.

Please note that although I have left Fresha it doesn’t fully deactivate till the 1st November so any bookings made through it I will not be made aware of.

Just a quick update, I have transferred over to a new booking system and I believe all my appointments and client list have transferred across too. I’m not sure if you will receive any notifications that this has happened but if you have please just let me know, as I will spend the weekend looking through it all so it’s ready for next week!
For those who want to book appointments before then please continue doing so through the Fresha app and I will move across my end.
