🍂 Autumn Lash Shed – What You Need to Know 🍂
It’s that time of year again – the autumn lash shed! This natural cycle usually lasts around 6 weeks and is completely normal. During this time, you may notice:
✨ More lash loss than usual
✨ Sets not feeling as full between appointments
✨ The need for more frequent infills
Don’t worry – this doesn’t mean anything is wrong with your lashes or extensions. It’s simply your natural lash cycle adjusting to seasonal changes.
💡 Top Tip: To keep your lashes looking their best during the shed, you may want to book your infills a little earlier or more often than usual.
Rest assured, once this cycle passes, everything will return to normal and your lashes will feel fuller again.
Your lash health is always the priority – and we’ll keep you looking gorgeous through every season! 🤍

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To respect both my time and the time of other clients, the following policy applies to all appointments:

48 hours or more notice: No fee – you may reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge.
24 to 48 hours notice: 50% of the service fee will be charged.
Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: The full service fee will be charged.
This policy ensures that I can offer your appointment time to another client if you are unable to attend. Thank you for your understanding and respect for my time and business.
