How to AVOID root life when applying TAPE EXTENSIONS 👇🏻

Tape extensions should lay completely flat to the head with NO root lift!

This ensures that they are comfortable for the client and also avoids traction alopecia…

💕 Keep your sections NEAT and TIDY.
✨ Keep the bottom tape extension close to the scalp before laying the natural hair onto it.
💭 If you get root lift - remove and reapply.

That goes without the 4+ years training to become a hairdresser - it is a hard skill to learn: learning how to consult with clients, identify hair/scalp problems, how to style the hair in different ways, different cutting techniques that make up a haircut, being able to predict what colour needs to be applied to get the outcome that you want… & that’s just the beginning!
