Let’s talk infills…… if you have less than 50% of your lashes or it has been over 2 weeks, you will need to book a 3 week infill. if it’s been more than 3 weeks, it’s a full set. please do not turn up with a 2 week infill having 3 fans left on one eye and nothing on the other and expect a full set in an hour. that’s not fair…. it may be saving you money, but it’s costing me more to do this and it’s quite cheeky. if you can count on each eye how many fans you have then you definitely need a longer appointment! i am putting my foot down as it’s starting to become a real problem! i changed suppliers a few months ago, which is more expense, i also upgraded my booking system which is double the usual expense and i have not raised my prices. so please be fair. no bookings through myself either, that’s why i pay for a booking system! let’s keep things running smoother than this. thanks for reading x

i have upgraded my booking system to allow a few extra features to make booking in easier…
rebooking reminders to remind clients to rebook their appointments is one major feature ive decided i need, due to quite a few clients forgetting to book, then not being able to get in when they need to. this will hopefully allow you all a nudge to rebook to avoid disappointment when i can’t fit you in.
this has incurred an extra fee for me monthly so please use it because simply, im having to pay for this feature FOR YOU.
waitlist… this will allow you join a waitlist if needing an appointment and will notify me so i can schedule you in if anyone cancels.
2 way messaging, so if you reply to a reminder for example: i can reply directly from that message.
i’m sure there’s more features than that but i felt i had to make things easier and stress free. i will give this a trial period to see if the extra cost is beneficial to us both. if proven it works then i may have to make a slight price increase to recoup the extra fees. please understand when self employed, we don’t get a wage increase!
