JUST A GENTLE REMINDER
When any client is having a job requiring a large amount of time booked out a deposit will be taken at the time of booking to secure the appointment. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. The deposit amount will be deducted from your final bill.
We allow up to 15 minutes lateness before your appointment will be classed as a no show. Your deposit will not be returned if you fail to keep your appointment.
We understand that things come up and will happily move your appointment on 1 occasion. If you need to move your appointment a second time your deposit will be lost and a new deposit will be required.

Wet/Dry cut 50p increase
Blowdry/set 50p increase
Cut and blowdry/set £1 increase
Children’s cut 50p increase
We have tried to keep the increase as minimal as we could and would like to thank you for your understanding and custom.
