We are looking for either newly qualified, or students studying Beauty Therapy, who are looking to work one day a week, in a new studio opening in Basildon

Why are we Unique?
We offer a wide range of beauty treatments, at reduced prices, to make pampering, treatments and looking good more affordable.
How?
Our therapists are either newly qualified or currently studying Levels 2 or 3 in beauty therapy, and need the salon time, experience and portfolio’s to enable then to progress into full time work.
Benefits to the client
All the staff must have a level of experience up to a standard approved by the management team, and are required to use high quality products, as well as being monitored to make sure they fully comply with current health and safety standards. But at a cheaper cost to you making pampering and treatments more affordable (we aim to be approx 25% cheaper than average prices)
Benefits to the Staff
The therapists get to have actual studio time, and to work on creating their own individual styles, and get to expand their portfolios, without having to commit to full time work, or rigid salon specific treatment schedules. They get to choose when to work, to fit in with their studies, and if they want, to specialise in certain fields
Benefits to the management
We get to give the therapists a much needed career boost, which makes us feel good, we get the chance to offer a wider range of services, we get to make sure our clients get high quality products and services, but they get the service they deserve. Bad customer experience will ruin our reputation, excellent experience will enhance it. Although we will have a relatively high staff turnover, we hope to keep a loyal client base that share our philosophy and enjoy giving our therapists a boost for full time careers, while getting to look and feel good at the same time.
